I am about 2/3 through the Robinson book and I HIGHLY recommend it --- it
is a NOVEL with characters and "plot" but it also is an instruction manual
in HOW we (will) get into the dystopian future (it dates from the 2020s
many decades into that future) with actually a lot of "analysis" --- some
of which might seem a bit dense --- it also posits some interesting
"solutions" that might come to the fore in the dystopian future THAT IS
ALREADY BAKED INTO the biosphere ----

Worth reading and MAY even bestir us (some) to action(s) ....

(wasn't able to read the entire review but I get that periodical in print
form so I'll be reading it once it arrives .....)
