Charles Brown, If by "reform" , you mean taking away all military grade weapons from police ,mental health screenings for police, and not allowing anyone with ties to any white supremacist group ,including online forums, to be on a police force anywhere in the country ,that would be a start ,but it still wouldn't go far enough. The traditional model of policing needs to be scrapped ,and rebuilt from the ground up, into one that sees all classes races, etc as equals. Defund does not mean abolish ,no matter how many would like to see that happen.
