Is this New Republic writer CRITICIZING Biden for the end of his "bi-partisan" dreams?? Sure seems like it. I would have written that Biden seems to understand reality --- something Obama took YEARS to learn and thereby squandered all hope of doing BIG things ---
Biden and the Dems know that they either succeed big now or in two years, they lose the Senate and House and Biden becomes a lame duck ...
