As a disillusioned former longtime Green, I saw many similarities from the start, with what the MPP was trying to do and what the GP was unable to do. The same could be said of the Sanders capaign, in 2016. The fact the MPP is made up of former Bernie people ought to tell you there is nothing revolutionary about them, only reformist. Reformist measures are doomed to failure from the start. There is nothing to see here. It's all sizzle, and no substance. The MPP will likely go nowhere, except to join the graveyard of social movements within the Democratic Party.
At least the GP is more accomodating towards people with disabilities, which was one of the things that initially attracted me to them. Real change lies with recruiting the poor and working class into building street level revolutionary movements. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Groups.io Links: You receive all messages sent to this group.
