I think Roger is right. But this is impossible for a very simple reason: the “international community” (Us, Uk, Eu and vassals) doesn’t give a fuck about Uyghurs, the aim of this campaign is only part of a more general try to rebuild a Cold War situation with China (in the hopefully vain hope it will end as the last one ended).
