Louis, I don't think you posted it to Marxmail.

One thing I think you might have emphasized even more --- that the protests
in Chicago were against the DEMOCRATS -- Johnson, Daley, etc. -- who were
prosecuting the war (or aiding and abetting it by making sure Humprey got
the nomination) --- By having only the Ramsey Clark testimony, Sorkin makes
it out like it's all just the REpublicans against the "peaceniks" ....

HOWEVER -- On balance, I think the movie does more good than harm by
showing radicals on the "side of the angels" in the fight against the war
