1. Duque has declared war on the strike by ordering the maximum mobilization of the military and police against peaceful demonstrators. 2. There have been more than 50 assassinations, more than 1,500 people detained, nearly 500 people disappeared. International humanitarian law has been violated, more than 20 women have been raped. The government refuses to respond to this violence that has been repudiated by the international community.
