In the 2018, volume 3, edition of Historical Materialism, there's a symposium on Alexander Anievas and Kerem Nisancioglu's "How the West Came to Rule", with the authors responding to Political Marxists like Spencer Dimmock and Charles Post. Their response to the PM'ers is available above but unfortunately not the critiques of their book.
