This is a joke.

The same applied to Cuba. Their contras were those who landed at the Bay
of Pigs. If Nicaragua had the same kind of muscle behind them the
contras would have been smashed within 6 months. But with Honduras to
the north and Costa Rica to the south and the porous borders they
allowed, it was impossible. Maybe they should have build a moat between
them and the countries working with Reagan.
For that matter, NACLA had plenty of meretricious articles on Cuba over
the years.
