Maintaining two sets of books and falsifying business records, AFAIK, as this article demonstratesgoes far beyond fringe benefits. An article I read recently--sorry, went through the old brain sieve--pointed out that a conviction for this would pretty well Kibosh not only the Trump Organization itself (apparently Trump has hundreds of other orgs he can use) but make it far more difficult for Trump in any guise to obtain the financing he needs for all those glowing "deals" he keeps making so artistically.
