Little do we know about his arrest. But what if we know with absolute certainty is that he is clearly a communist, an intellectual, journalist, very heterodox and creative Marxist who does not deserve to be in prison. The Cuban Revolution requires recognizing intellectuals like Frank and many others of his generation. Free Frank and publicly apologize for his arrest.
In the actual situation the pressure is extreme against Cuba economically and sanitarily that menaces the very existence of the revolution. This pressure is also on the workers and intellectuals on the left. We have to know how these pressures oriented their politics and actions.
