There is no question that it makes little to no difference to Palestinians and
the many others around the world who have been slaughtered directly and
indirectly by  US imperialism whether
Biden or Trump, Obama or Romney, Bush or Gore, or any Democrat or Republican
are elected President.

You could even say the same of US domestic politics. It is really only poor
people in decaying neighborhoods dependent on on food stamps, social security,
and other social programs as well as  immigrants and would-be immigrants, trans
and gay people, and women seeking abortion who have the most to fear from a
Trump victory.

But for past and present small business owners and relatively well-off
professional employees who own their own homes in better neighbourhoods,
whether Biden or Trump is elected can be a matter of indifference. In fact, the
Republicans are more inclined to cut rather than raise taxes on interest and
dividend earnings held in investment portfolios which can further contributes
to the material well-being of this cohort. Their alienation from Trump is
primarily cultural, a reaction to his vulgar sexism and racism.
