An attainable goal would be a campaign to hold down Biden's popular vote margin nationally. Voting for West or Stein where possible or other protests where not (such as leaving the presidential line blank) in states such as California, New York and similar states would not have an impact on the electoral college outcome but could be portrayed as a vote of no confidence over Gaza if Biden's popular vote totals fall nationally from 2020 without a commensurate increase in those totals for Trump.
