A correct critique of the Finkelstein defense of the Two-State Solution, but for the wrong reason. While opposing the Zionist State and it legitimacy, there remains nonetheless the National Identity of the Jewish community which lives in Palestine as a Hebrew Nation. Nothing is said about such an actuality. The implied Solution of a One State totally ignores such reality, especially in view of the condition that there is no place for the 7.2 million Jewish Israelis to go, unlike the Algerian condition. It becomes obvious that the State of whatever character is problematic and must go, in favour of a No-State Solution of Federation.
