Today, the Higher Regional Court handed down a verdict against Michael
Pröbsting that was scandalous in two respects. Michael is a
pro-Palestine solidarity activist and International Secretary of the
RCIT. He was represented by Dr. Astrid Wagner, probably Austria's
best-known lawyer.
