Gandall claims "the unions and allied movements overwhelmingly favour the 
Democrats and are justifiably alarmed by the Trump and his MAGA base." From 
this alleged fact he argues that we must agree with them.

But his alleged fact is not established. To be sure, the union officials were 
vociferous for Biden and seem to be coming around for Kamala Harris. The 
sympathies of the members, and even more so the overwhelming number of workers 
not in a union, are divided. You have big groups in both the pro-Trump vote, 
whether for him or simply in protest, and the anti-Biden-Harris abstentionists, 
because of the Democrats' diehard support for the Zionist butchers and the 
reactionary policies on immigration.
