I think Hudson was quite clear. What kind of third party--from a class perspective--would it be if
it were founded by wealthy finance and other capitalists? Not a working-class party. At most,
another social-democratic party keeping the working class stuck in reformism. Do we need yet another
DSA?

not the way perhaps, that many Marxists would think it might come about.
Now no doubt, as the DP loses "credibility" (even further) - the ruling class might well think of
a new party by which to mis-lead the working class. If one wee to be charitable - maybe that is
what Hudson meant. But - it certianly was not made clear.
