Agreed, But that didn't prevent Halstead or the SWP from inviting Dems to 
participate and speak at the demos. Neither the SWP,  CP, nor any of the other 
far left groups have near the political weight today that they still had in the 
60's to dominate a coalition enough to interest the Dems, and far less than the 
CP had in the 30's when it designed and brought these movements together in 
popular fronts..
