Face it, the Gaza genocide was a big issue mostly for people from the Middle East and for activist college students. No wonder he confines his claim to whether they swung key states in the Electoral College. Whether they did or not, Gaza does not explain the big features of the voting. The economy after a stiff bout of inflation shows up in post-election polling. So does immigration, which for many is a (stupid) explanation of the problems of the economy. The author of the blog post, Fred Klonsky, is apparently the brother of Mike Klonsky. If political and theoretical understanding mattered, M.K. couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag.
