Born in South Korea since 1948, the South Korean governments had a strong urge to break free from their internal crises at the expense of the North. Rulers have always done this, and Yoon tried to promote North-Korea-phobia particularly severely. He tried hard to provoke North Korea. Military officials have provoked North Korea by saying harsh things about the country, resuming loudspeaker broadcasts, and flying fliers and drones to the country.
