I think rather the existence of a state implies the existence of a surplus to be managed. That would
be done differently in a socialist state.

The 'no state' solution can be directly derived from the statement "The fundamental equality of
each and every one of us." The existence of a state, any state, implicits the existence of
authority. The existence of authority is impossible without the existence of power. Power, of
necessity, bifurcates itself into the powerful and the powerless.
The goal of every communist is anarchy; the goal of every anarchist is communism. Neither is
