Mark your closing statement is not valid and makes no sense: "From the economic 
growth standpoint, nuclear power is just as bad as fossil fuels. There can be 
no "Socialist Case for Nuclear Power" until the "Capitalist Case for Nuclear 
Power" no longer exists." What does that even mean? That fossil fuels, which 
powered the huge expansion of the productive forces for the last 150 years is 
not "economic"?? You don't define what that means, either under capitalism or 
not-in-our-life-time socialism.
