Russia has *still* not mobilized. They're not putting mass draftees onto the front lines. Instead, Russia is using "contract soldiers" (much the same way the US mans its military) to fight the war. Similarly, Russia has not converted its entire economy over to a war-fighting position. We see this "special military operation in several ways. For example, it's only now that we see Russia attacking Ukraine's electrical infrastructure. The US would have taken that out in the first month. As the war drags on and Russia has *not* achieved conquest of the 4 provinces it claims, *both* Russia and the US/NATO get more desperate. The US and British targeting Russia's key missile production facility 800 miles away from Ukraine is an example of this. This attack can *only* be done with active US satellite intelligence. And Russia taking the war to the Ukrainian civil population (e.g. the electrical grid attacks) are examples of this desperation.
