Thanks for the real clue to your site post. I clicked on it. I once had a real personal web site without the $$$ obsession, but substack is not one of that kind.
Earthlink deleted my already paid for monthly site after 20 years, with the BS excuse it was a dialup account. Then they kindly offered to sell it back for more $$$. As I once did, one must pay for a real website, but they are all for more and more money. One way you could pay up front to end the $$$ advertising and "free" shit offered by providers like substack is you could get a static ip and run your own real site. I'm too cheap to do that. I hope you can afford to replace substack with a non-capitalist web site. Is there any other kind? Unfortunately clues help substack too.
