Yes, Spark has existed from, I believe, 1969 continually. It is a supporter of the International Communist Union, Lutte Ouvriere's international tendency. One and the same. It did not go the way of most other small Trotskyist and Maoist groups and held on, as you can see from their web site. They have a minimalist "economist" program. They have branches in LA, Baltimore, and Chicago. Probably more.
