One of the organizations leading the US effort to end the blockade is the National Network on Cuba, https://nnoc.org/member-orgs/. It's a coalition of the left without any labor or mass civic organizations. They have started a campaign for No War on Cuba (NWOC), which has a set of demands, (https://nnoc.org/join-the-international-no-war-on-cuba-campaign/) "Our demands include: An end to all military escalation against Cuba The removal of Cuba from the United States State Sponsors of Terrorism list An end to the economic blockade The return of Guantánamo Bay to the Cuban people And normalized relations between the United States and Cuba. "We also demand an end to military and financial support for the United States war machine anywhere in the world." The last demand is not a realistic demand but a pipe dream. At least one international union, ILWU, and the International Boatman's Union (now part of ILWU) have passed resolutions during the Biden administration opposing the Cuba embargo that Trump reinstated. ILUW/IBU protested Joe Biden's administration for leaving the embargo in place. I imagine that the ILWU might be inclined to pass a resolution opposing the blockade today. But will they all agree to "also demand an end" to US imperialism? I think the demands preclude getting many unions on board or any organizations that doesn't embrace the teachings of Fidel. We have lost the understanding of the united front on the left today. One of the organization that has a real ground game forming in the US is a coalition of left groups talking themselves into unrealistic demands.
