Thanks, that's interesting. But isn't this the business-as-usual, neoliberal
practice of selling off the seed corn? The neoliberalisms outsourced our jobs,
factories, and entire industries to Asia. Today, the US cannot securely build
the weapons it needs to police the world because the US no longer has the
needed domestic supply chains. Shorting the treasury as a bipartisan practice
similarly shorts the nation for immediate, near term gains.
