An expanded version of my paper, "Oskar Lange, Free Sharing, and the Coasean Logic of Socialized Consumption," is scheduled to appear in the January 2027 issue of the journal Science & Society. Science & Society is a Marxist quarterly journal that has been publishing continuously for 90 years.
Early this year I had posted a draft of my paper online at Academia.edu as well as at Medium and Substack. It caught the attention of David Laibman, the editor emeritus of the journal. With the advice of both David Laibman and Julio Huato, the current editor of the journal, I was encouraged to submit an expanded version of the piece as a roundtable communication for the journal.
