*Note of the Editorial Board:*The International Communist League –
commonly known as the Spartacists – held their 9^th International
Conference in July in Mexico City. They also invited representatives of
several other organisations and comrade Michael Pröbsting participated
as the delegate of the /Revolutionary Communist International
Tendency/(RCIT).The conference discussed two main documents – on the
world situation and the history of the Fourth International in the years
after World War II. The RCIT sent comprehensive remarks which critically
discussed the two drafts and which were circulated to all participants
of the conference.Below we publish our document on the ICL analysis of
the Fourth International.
