I'm very glad Ian covers soil health (science). It is one of the most under examined areas of the science of climate change and yet ALL our food comes from the soil. But what about seafood one might ask. In fact poor soil health is one of the leading causes of destruction of fisheries as more and more excess fertilizer, explained in the book, gets washed into our oceans and creates dead zones and other damage. I'm glad he took this up.
