The user 'admin' doesn't seem to get assigned an admin role

This can be checked using the RegistryUtils.isAdminRole() function in
RegistryUtils.java.
This always returns false, even after logging in as admin/admin. This results
in sensitive tasks in the tasks list not getting displayed in the UI at any
user logging.
This broke recently after the beta, possibly during the wsas realm port ?
