Desk tray dynamic submenus

Since there is currently only one WSO2 product that is monitored by the desk
tray icon, it would be nice if the desk tray recognized that and collapsed out
the submenu. I.e. everything under the submenu would be promoted (and an
indication that the items belong to the Mashup Server would be given.) When
another product is monitorred, the submenus would automatically be added.
