Cannot register using user name 'admin' at the initial registration

Steps:

1. Install the Mashup server
2. Start the server
3. Access http://localhost:7443
4. Register yourself with user name\password, "admin\admin"
Issue:
------
It returns me message saying "user name is already in use". Since it is the
first time I am registering a user and admin user doesn't already exists in the
system, shouldn't I be able to register myself with the name 'admin'?
