'Mashup Service Download' is not giving a propper error when you try to
download from localhost to localhost

1. Login to Mashup UI
2. Go to a service's home page and click 'Download this Mashup' link
3. Give a correct user name\password. Give localhost in the 'Server address'.
4. Press OK.
