Unable to 'Change user' or 'logout' when the Visitor role is deleted

1. Register in Mashup Server UI as the admin user.
2. Go to 'Manage Users'.
3. Delete the 'Visitor' from the users list
4. Try to signout OR change user.

It doesn't let you 'logout' or 'change user'.
