How about a 'Help' link and page in the 'Resources' section? Inside this we 
could have paragraphs for support and training, each linking to the associated 
page on the wso2.com site, which actually provides the support plans and course 
schedules and is updated frequently by the OT team.

I guess to make it truly single click, we can even grab the content from the 
support and training pages of the wso2.com site and show it using a custom UI 
called by the help link.
