I see the readme tells how to provision the mashup server to send
self-registration mails. But if one skips the readme one can still enable
internet guests with no warning that attempts for them to register might fail.
We could easily add a paragraph or a link to the "self-registration enabled"
page describing the additional configuration required to support
self-registration.
