The documentation for the hello world service (at
http://wso2.org/project/mashup/0.2/docs/helloworldservice.html) contains the
wrong URL for the WSO2 Mashup Server web-based console.
- the text on the page says https://localhost:7443/ but the href actually uses
port 9443
- the index.jsp is needed to work (the correct URL seems to be
https://localhost:7443/index.jsp
