Error when creating a dataservice from https://localhost:7443/wsasadmin

Steps:

1. Login to https://localhost:7443/wsasadmin
2. Select to create a 'Data Service' using datasource=csv
While creating the data service at the first step (Configutation) its giving a
JS error without populating the data table to select columns and column
ordinals.
