Steps:
1. Access https://localhost:7443
2. Go to 'Sign-up page
3. Give all required information except for 'capture' text
4. Submit the request
Issue:

It retuns back to u saying, "The text you typed in doesn't match with the text
in image. Please try again" and this time the confirmation password you entered
last appears to be missing.
Also this message needs to be changed to say something like. "Please enter a
value in xxxx"
