Include version in installer control panel

In the Windows control panel add/remove programs, it would be nice to list the
verison of the WSO2 Mashup Server that is available for unisntall. Some other
programs list this (not all) but since we don't have a way to push out fixes
and require users to upgrade in order to improve their codebase I think having
the version number visible will help.
