A random error while playing around with editor

Its giving an error (randomly) when playing around with editor. The error is
attached.
Possible steps for recreating this is;

Create a mashup, save changes, then do some change to the script and 'discard'
it, do another change and 'apply' it, do a 'save changes' again.
