xs:dateTime is not handled correctly by JavaScript stub

When a stub is genarated for a function with dateTime as the parameter it does
not serialize it correctly.
Its serialized as "Mon Aug 27 2007 16:20:30 GMT+0600 (LKT)" which is not valid .
