The first cut should include the following options;
?template (html template such as found in the editor)
?template&flavor=html (ditto)
?template&flavor=googlegadget (google gadget template)
Each of these should also support the lang property (for e4x-compatible
embedded script), the service property, the content-type property, and the
localhost property.
