Tryit can be accessed from 'http://localhost:7762/' when http transport is
disabled.
Steps to recreate:
------------------------
1. Disable HTTP transport
2. Access tryit? ---------------------> tryit? opens up in http mode by default
(http://localhost:7762/services/admin/new?tryit)
3. Access an operation ----------> the request is not responded
But if you try the other way it works fine.
1. Disable HTTPS transport
2. Access tryit? ---------------------> tryit? opens up in http mode by default.
3. Click on the 'expand' link to open the EPR details. The link to switch to
https mode is disabled.
I think http mode also should have this behavior.
