Mashup updates are logged against original creator, not updater

If 'admin' edits a sample service, the activity log shows 'Samples (samples)
updated', whereas it should say 'Admin (admin) updated'.
Log may be based on the directory the mashup is placed in, which is the
creator's scripts directory.
