Checked in initial versions. Known limitations:
- Only async stubs are supported.
- Only payloads under about 3000 characters are supported.
- Access through https may fail due to certificate misconfiguration.
To test:
- authenticated services (username/password)
- all browsers (mostly I did FF 2)
- exotic WSRequest options (e.g. replyTo, faultTo, WSS)
- interaction with Google Gadgets
