ERROR in WinXP/IE7

Getting this error (see pasted) continuously, when I'm working in IE7. Tried
restarting the server and machine both but its not going away.
This happens after I sign-in and try to do something (create a new mashup, go
to profile page). I'm having a version built in my machine (svn 19274).
