Steps:

Login to MS admin console (openid login)
go to a mashup's home page
click on 'Configure Security Scenarios'
select the first scenario, press submit, select user role\users and press OK
Issue:

Back in the security scenarios window you get the option you already selected
appearing 'de-selected'.
same applies even when you don't hv to select users\roles. The page refreshes
at the submission and the option appears de-selected.
