I tried building using mvn clean install -Dbuild-setup and it worked like a
charm. This could well be a intermitent issue on windows, cause it failed
because,
[exec] File: failed opening file
"wso2-mashup-server-SNAPSHOT\lib\tomcat\webapps\wsasadmin\docs\apidocs\org\wso2\wsas\admin\module\admin\handler\
class-use\AuthenticationHandler.html"
Basically somebody else was using this file when the build was running.
